About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Marketing Activation Lead to join our team at Electronic Arts. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of globally connected, locally nuanced, omni-channel marketing activations for EA SPORTS FC in the APAC and Middle East markets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development of highly culturalised, innovative, consumer-facing EA SPORTS FC marketing campaigns in the Middle East and APAC that achieve brand and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with and empower a team of local experts from key markets in APAC and the Middle East to create globally consistent, locally nuanced marketing activations.
  • Educate key internal stakeholders on the unique in-market opportunities that exist across the EA SPORTS FC portfolio of products within APAC and the Middle East.
  • Collaborate with local market teams in APAC and the Middle East on the effective and efficient allocation of activation budgets across the EA SPORTS FC portfolio of products.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in marketing activation and campaign management, preferably in the sports or gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the Middle East and APAC markets, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
