Job Summary:


We have partnered with a leading brand in the superannuation space to help find a level 2 Service Desk Consultant.

You will be the face of IT for all employees, being the go to person for everything technical.


During this initial short term contract, you will be manning the walk up technical desk, helping with technical enquires from troubleshooting, "how to" assistance and building and commissioning hardware.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing hands on support to all internal employees.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software faults related to enduser devices such as laptops, mobiles, printers and AV devices.
  • Assist with endtoend management of Technology EUC Assets, including receiving, audit, provisioning, maintenance, reassignment, and decommissioning.
  • Provide quality customer service in a timely manner.
  • Process systems access requests in line with documented processes, and assist staff with Technology needs relating to onboarding, offboarding and crossboarding.
  • Perform installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware, operating system, software and utilities.

About you:

  • Windows and/or Mac OS experience.
  • In Tune Active Directory Experience
  • Proven ability to effectively plan, prioritize and manage multiple and competing activities to deliver IT services.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and the ability to maintain, support and implement upgrades to end users.
  • End user and/or customer facing experience.
