We are seeking a customer service focused person to join our fast paced team as a Level 1/2 Service Desk Support based in Brisbane CBD on a full time basis.

The Job:

  • Provide support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies.
  • Actively support and maintain a wide range of software technologies and hardware assets
  • Actively monitor a helpdesk queue and participate in resolving requests and faults
  • Identify, troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise
  • Communicate and collaborate with network and projects team members on problems and new processes
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal documentation
  • At least 2 years Experience within a similar role
  • Degree or equivalent relevant to the role (computer science or related fields highly regarded)
  • Current drivers licence
  • Ability to cope with pressure, changes to planned work schedules and greater challenges due to fluctuating organisational demands
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge in Windows OS Environment
  • Active Directory Knowledge
  • Outlook 2010 / 2016 knowledge
Successful applicants will be required to complete a police check. To be eligible for this position you must have an appropriate visa to work in Australia/New Zealand.
