About the Role
As the People and Culture Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the P&C team by handling general HR administration, onboarding, inductions, recruitment, and responding to HR enquiries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the P&C inbox, coordinate employee inductions, assist with recruitment processes, and address general HR queries.
  • Document Management: Draft offer letters, contracts, and support HR documentation for performance reviews.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high-quality service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
