**About the Role**

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a vital role in talent acquisition and assist in delivering our People & Culture initiatives. Your primary focus will be on recruitment and onboarding for roles in Australia while also providing support to our London-based P&C Coordinator as required. You’ll also manage aspects of our P&C operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all team members.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Providing recruitment support for the London office as required.
- Coordinating the Vocational Placement Program, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Managing employee data, documentation, and tracking of key processes such as performance reviews and probation periods.
- Supporting People & Culture operational tasks, including L&D initiatives and policy updates.
- Assisting in maintaining compliance with employment laws and HR best practices across regions.

**About You**

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will have a strong foundation in HR and the confidence to work autonomously across various tasks.

**Key skills and experience include**:

- 2-4 years of experience in a People & Culture or HR Coordinator role.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with HR operational tasks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- An energetic and adaptable approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in employee engagement, recruitment, and L&D initiatives.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other applicant tracking systems, as well as HRIS systems is preferred.
