Support Team Member Role at Blinq

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing Australian company, Blinq, as their Support Team Member. The role will be integral in enhancing team culture and supporting onboarding and key people programs.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills to manage daily operations, coordinate with vendors, and maintain office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management: Ensure our Melbourne office is functional, organised, and welcoming by managing operations, coordinating with vendors, maintaining office supplies, tracking inventory, and arranging catering.
  • Events & Culture: Assist in organising and executing team events and activities, including fortnightly showcases, monthly all-hands meetings, and leadership gatherings, fostering a vibrant and connected work culture.
  • People Operations Support: Coordinate onboarding, support recruitment logistics, assist with Learning and Development programs, and manage our Reward and Recognition program.
  • Leadership and Administrative Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with other administrative needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in office administration or as an assistant in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational abilities with a strong aptitude for multitasking and prioritising tasks efficiently.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive Approach: A positive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office, enabling efficient management of digital workflows.
  • Location and Working Rights: Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be based in Melbourne, working onsite five days a week.

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
