About the role:
Our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) business empowers Australians to embrace a cleaner energy future. The Sales and Operations Enablement Specialist drives efficiency and scalability by refining systems, analysing data to address training needs, and creating knowledge resources. Acting as a sales expert, you’ll coach team members and step in during peak times to maintain seamless customer experiences. Your work ensures operational excellence and supports a transformative shift toward sustainable energy.
What you’ll be doing:
Sales Growth: Support sales leaders to effectively manage the sales funnel to promote uplift in conversion.
Product and Process Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge to team members to guide customers in choosing AGL for their decarbonization journey.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and implement improvements to enhance customer experiences, improve operational rigour and scale sales capabilities.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance assessments, identifying themes and providing training and upskilling.
Customer Focus: Drive systems and processes that facilitate exceptional service to exceed customer expectations and elevate Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
About you:
Demonstrated experience in an operational improvement or sales enablement role, preferably in the electrification or technology sector.
Demonstrated understanding of effectively managing a sales funnel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service with proven ability to build systems and processes which support agents to main positive customer relationships
Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot technical issues and find practical solutions.
