About the Role
As an EL1 Level Assistant Director, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Service Guidance and Practice functions of our client in the Disability sector.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance for service delivery.
  • Providing strategic advice on participant pathways and technical processes.
  • Driving business improvement in access and planning processes.
  • Providing effective leadership to a small team delivering Agency Guidelines.
  • Prioritising tasks and advising the executive team on progress against key deliverables.
  • Offering timely advice to multi-disciplinary teams and government departments.
