About the Role:

  • Undertake moderately complex to complex tasks with accountability and limited supervision.
  • Work within legislative frameworks and policies to support our client.
  • Engage in research, drafting, and updating of internal and external guidance materials with a participant-centered approach.
  • Interpret and translate relevant Act and Rules into actionable guidelines.
  • Respond to feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance guidance materials.
  • Provide expert advice on procedural guidance, practice implementation, and operational matters to improve participant experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the branch.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience working within legislative frameworks and policies.
  • Strong research and drafting skills with attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to maintaining high work standards, accuracy, and governance protocols.
