HOBAN Recruitment is excited to partner with a dynamic client in **NEWCASTLE** to fill the role of **APS6 Level Guidance Lead. **This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our client's Scheme and make a positive impact on the lives of participants.
As an APS6 Level Guidance Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the objectives of our client.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Leading the development and updating of internal and external guidance with a participant focus that reflects the Agency's policy positions and meets our plain English and accessibility standards.
- Listening and responding to feedback from participants and disability peak bodies to ensure the participant is at the centre of all Agency's guidance.
- Understanding of the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
- Analysing supporting data and systems to develop internal and external guidance that reflects the Agency's policy positions and best practice.
- Initiating, establishing, and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvement for all branch deliverables, including maintaining best practice and identifying and implementing innovations.
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards, governance protocols and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes and performing other duties as requested.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated leadership in guiding the development and improvement of internal and external materials.
- Responsive and participant-focused, actively incorporating feedback into actions.
- Proficient in understanding SAP CRM and PACE, facilitating the creation of comprehensive guidance.
- Data-driven, skilled at analysing information to inform guidance development.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proven capability to excel in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while upholding high standards and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Effective problem solver, adept at gathering information, analysing options, and driving informed decisions.
- ** Desirable**: Understanding of the NDIS and NDIS Act 2013, enhancing your suitability for this critical role.
