The Role


The EL1 Service Guidance and Practice is required to coordinate and assume responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that may impact on the strategic or operational outcomes that support the Agency's objectives.


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance to support service delivery.
  • Providing strategic advice about the key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
  • Providing support to drive business improvement in access and planning processes.
  • Providing effective leadership to a small team of staff delivering Agency Guidelines, letters and knowledge articles.
  • Prioritising completing priorities and provide advice to the Agency's executive team.
  • Providing considered advice to multidisciplinary teams and the Agency's executive, Board, Minister and other Australian Government Departments in a timely manner.
  • Ability to resolve issues and risks across a broad range of activities of substantial depth and significant detail
  • Initiating, establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Developing and managing a high performing team
  • Fostering a collaborative culture
