About the Opportunity
As an EL1 Level Assistant Director, you will have a key role in supporting Service Guidance and Practice functions in the Disability sector.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance for service delivery.
  • Offering strategic advice on participant pathways and technical processes.
  • Enhancing business processes in access and planning.
  • Providing strong leadership to a small team implementing Agency Guidelines.
  • Setting priorities and updating the executive team on progress with key tasks.
  • Providing timely guidance to multidisciplinary teams and government entities.
