**About the Role**:
As an **APS5 Level Project Officer**, you will play a key role in project management and coordination activities, ensuring the successful implementation of programs aligned with the Agency's objectives. This position requires a high level of autonomy and involves providing procedural guidance, technical expertise, and policy advice within your area of specialisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in project management and coordination activities, monitoring program and project activities against plans.
- Contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules.
- Provide advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specific project areas.
- Perform research and analysis, contributing to the preparation of reports on project activities.
- Contribute to regular project reporting, including status updates and exception reports.
- Draft various written materials, including business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.
- Assist with monitoring project budgets, review and report on expenditure, and assist with procurement and contract management.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and benefits.
- Contribute to project quality management to ensure deliverables meet client needs.
