The Role of Business Development Manager
- This Business Development Manager role will give you the perfect balance of autonomy and support, along with development opportunities and a fast-tracked career path.
- As part of our commercial team, the Business Development Manager will develop, promote and convert sales opportunities for this premium hotel, Western Sydney Conference Centre and Event Centre Panthers.
- With a focus on developing business opportunities across multiple market segments, this role is perfect for somebody who loves to establish new relationships in a great team culture.
Setting you up for Success
- 2-3 years experience in a hotel sales environment (hotel, hospitality, travel) is advantageous.
- Bachelors Degree or Certificates in Sales and Marketing or similar is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with Western Sydney’s corporate, government and association market segments is advantageous.
- Strong ability to negotiate and work with clients to achieve outstanding results.
- The ability to travel throughout Sydney to visit established and potential clients will be required.
