PETstock Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager to lead and drive all aspects of department and category performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maximising category performance on all PETstock related eCommerce sites, developing and delivering strategies for exclusive ranges, product innovation, and seasonal buys.

Key responsibilities include leading the Annual Business Planning process, developing close partnerships with brand, marketing, supply, and space teams, and developing the team to achieve outcomes.

  • Lead and drive all aspects of department and category performance.
  • Drive and maximise category performance on all PETstock related eCommerce sites.
  • Develop and deliver strategies for exclusive ranges, product innovation, and seasonal buys.
  • Lead the Annual Business Planning process.
  • Develop close partnerships with brand, marketing, supply, and space teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in leading a team of Category Managers and/or Buyers, advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and a demonstrated understanding of retail metrics and key drivers.
