Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the execution of sales enablement programs for Asia Pacific (APJ) customers and partners.
Collaborate with regional leadership to identify needs, create plans, and tailor content.
Scope and build new enablement content, including product knowledge, skill development, onboarding, and leadership development programs.
Work with enablement teams to develop core sales training curriculum customized for the APJ region.
Requirements:
Progressive experience in software sales or sales enablement.
Ability to meet deadlines and execute projects with positive impact from stakeholders.
Experience building relationships with sales leaders and their teams.
