Job Title: Senior Rewards Strategist

The Senior Rewards Strategist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end operations of a multi-million dollar loyalty initiative.

This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to execute offers and campaigns, develop sales collateral, and drive new deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the rewards program, ensuring offers and campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Partner with Sales to take the program to market, develop/optimise sales collateral, and leverage performance results to drive new deals.
  • Offer Management: Coordinate with Product and Technology to bring new offers live, optimise how they are presented on-site, and continuously improve user experience.
  • Commercial Reporting: Own reporting of key metrics to ensure decisions are data-driven and commercially sound.
  • Partner Management: Manage supplier and partner relationships, ensuring offers are compelling, delivered as promised, and deliver strong ROI.
  • Scale & Growth: Build scalable processes, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare the program for expansion.
