Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide. But you have choice in where and how you work. That means if you want to do your thing in the office (if you're near one), at home or a bit of both, it's up to you.

As the Enablement Strategist, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring the success of our Sales & Success teams globally. You will:
- Enable sales teams to position Canva as the world's best visual comms platform through creation of internal battle cards, talk tracks, and FAQs and external product narratives, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Establish process behind prospecting, lead surfacing, and lead sequencing to ultimately build the best sales motion in the industry
- Partner closely with data, product marketing, and other cross-functional groups to build sales playbooks using the highest quality user intent signals, from pipeline generation through to navigating sophisticated orgs post-sale
- Support understanding of Canva's user personas and build enablement materials that strategically bridge customer problem statements with Canva's value through every touchpoint of the buyer journey
- Build outstanding copy for talk tracks and outreach sequences, with the goal of hyper personalizing at scale through tools like Outreach and Gong
- Leverage data and insights (from our tooling and our reps) to identify themes in our sales process and to make recommendations to improve it
- Work closely with our solutions & sales teams to build out world-class solutions for our most strategic customers, from sophisticated onboarding workflows to competitor migration plans
- Be a fierce champion for the needs of the Sales & Success team to cross-functional groups internally
You're probably a match if
- You have 3+ years of experience working in strategic sales/success or cross-functional roles to sales, ideally at a technology company
- You have experience working on projects with and developing trust from cross-functional groups like data, operations, product, and marketing, among others
- You have content creation experience (product narratives, talk-tracks, battle cards) for a product-led sales organization
- You are an outstanding written and verbal communicator who can optimally simplify sophisticated topics for any audience
- You are an analytical thinker who can identify patterns and make data actionable
- You are an iterative tester with the ability to think strategically and implement tactically
- You move fast, unblock obstacles, and thrive in ambiguity
