Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Talent Enablement Strategist to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our global operations. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for monitoring and enhancing the Talent operating model, proposing changes to optimize performance.

This role will focus on defining implementation plans for Global Talent strategy, aligned to business needs and priorities. You'll lead a network of Region Talent Enablement leaders, providing guidance and direction to ensure the operating model is effective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with other Area & SL Enablement Talent leads to ensure consistency and share best practices.
  • Developing strategic business relationships to understand business strategy and translate into talent priorities.
  • Analyzing anticipated changes to our business strategy and structure, considering the potential impact on our talent operating model and recommending appropriate courses of action.
  • Acting as an SME on strategic change initiatives to optimize the Talent operating model.
  • Championing 'one team' agenda across the Talent ecosystem.
