A$160,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

Overview

This high-growth tech innovator is driving transformation in the B2B space, specialising in complex, cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. With continued expansion and increasing demand from both direct and channel partners, the business is investing in building a world-class sales organisation. As part of this journey, they are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing capability development for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles, including for Sales Managers
  • Develop and launch a product certification program for internal sales teams
  • Conduct needs assessments and build targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skills
  • Deliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual)
  • Maintain and optimise content repositories and enablement platforms
  • Scale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and subject matter experts
  • Track and analyse enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedback
  • Identify and introduce cost-effective digital learning tools and formats
Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar sales enablement or training role
  • Background in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep tech
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage enablement programs end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace
  • Experience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts)
  • Sales enablement certification (e.g., Sales Enablement Collective, ATD) is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
