
Sales Enablement Strategist

This role is responsible for bridging the gap between sales, marketing and product teams to empower sales teams with the skills, knowledge and resources they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Create enablement journeys for sales roles, including managers
- Develop and implement product certification programs to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
- Analyse needs and develop programs to address soft and sales skills requirements to enhance overall performance
- Maintain and update enablement content to keep it relevant and up-to-date
- Tailor internal content to support channel growth and expansion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain inputs and insights
- Identify experts for technical training and development
- Analysing metrics and survey data to identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as business administration or marketing
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
- Previous experience designing and delivering sales enablement programs, particularly in hardware or deep tech
- Sales enablement certification is an asset but not required
- Ability to manage enablement projects with minimal supervision and deliver results-oriented outcomes
- Experience in delivering training to all levels of the organisation and scheduling sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to maintain content and platforms, track key enablement metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies, including CRM systems and sales force automation tools
- Ability to create engaging sales content that resonates with the target audience
