The Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take ownership of our kitchen. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on creativity, consistency and organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring and managing the kitchen team
  • Designing and refining menus in line with our brand
  • Managing rostering, ordering, stock and costs
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene
  • Running a smooth, efficient kitchen that's wrapped by 2pm every day

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Head Chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Skilled in rostering, ordering and cost control
  • A balance of creativity and consistency
  • Positive, team-focused attitude
