- Prepare, review, and administer contracts with clients, builders, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and timelines.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and project managers to manage scope changes and progress claims.
- Manage tender submissions, contract negotiations, and compliance documentation (e.g., insurances, SWMS).
- Track retentions, EOTs (extensions of time), and practical completion dates.
- Maintain accurate records of all correspondence and contractual documentation.
- Assist with contract reporting and forecasting.
- 1+ years of experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role (construction or plastering industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and document management skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
