Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal and compliance department, you will play a critical role in managing liability across complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Advising on tenders, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction, consultancy, and maintenance contracts.
  • Managing and resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, litigation, and/or arbitration.
  • Supporting contract administration, including reviewing/drafting letters and advising project teams on issues such as contract interpretation, contractual claims, delays and variations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • LLB or equivalent from a reputable university, with admission to the Singapore Bar.
  • Relevant experience (5–12 years' PQE) in a law firm or corporate environment handling complex, high-value, or cross-border matters.
  • Strong familiarity with construction contracts and associated agreements.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a practical, solutions-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
  • Strong business acumen; experience with e-commerce or digital business models would be an advantage.
