**About the role**:
The permanent full time Construction Administrator will be based from the Mount Waverley office, in a great atmosphere and positive, customer focused environment. We are seeking someone who is an enthusiastic, passionate, hardworking individual interested in a diverse role with the opportunity for growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- General office administration including answering and transferring all incoming calls
- Key liaison between New Home Consultants, Site Managers and our customers
- Key point of contact for each client from quote acceptance to construction
- Produce and answer queries on Building Contracts, Building Specifications, Colour Selection documentation and arrange contract signing appointments
- Liaise with designers and engineers to accurately finalise and/or revise plans prior to construction commencing
- Arrange pre-construction reports.
- Manage onsite construction administration tasks.
**Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working as a Construction or Contracts Administrator, ideally within residential new home construction
- Strong communication and liaison skills
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle and escalate potential issues
- Strong computer skills (we use Google Workspace)
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for working in the building industry
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
