**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a dynamic People & Culture Administrator to join our forward-thinking P&C team at our state-of-the-art Mount Waverley office. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you'll play a vital role in supporting our diverse workforce while building your career in HR.

**Your Impact**

You'll be instrumental in:

- Delivering comprehensive HR administrative support across the business
- Managing employee lifecycle documentation from contracts to performance reviews
- Coordinating workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
- Managing end to end WorkCover claims
- Supporting training and development initiatives
- Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures
- Processing employee data and responding to HR queries
- Contributing to employee engagement activities

**What You'll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources (or currently studying)
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Basic understanding of the Fair Work Act
- Professional and confidential approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, positive attitude with a 'can-do' mindset
