**The role**

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic People & Culture Administrator to join our P&C Team based in our Head Office. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture you will provide support, coordination, and administration to deliver a full range of HR & OHS services to the business. Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, including employment contracts, employee status changes, WorkCover documentation, performance reviews and training documentation.

We are looking for someone who is process orientated, has high level attention to detail, possesses excellent written and verbal communication and is consistent in their delivery. The ability to be adaptable and resilient in a fast paced and ever-changing environment is a necessity.

**Key functions of the role include**:

- Prepare and process formal correspondence such as new starter contracts, change requests for current employees, service statements, etc;
- Process employee personal data and manage employee data changes as requested;
- Manage electronic employee files including; creation and updates;
- Deliver standard data / reporting and process information as required
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Help coordinate and organise employee training and development programs.
- Support the performance review process, including scheduling and conducting reviews.
- Coordinate workers compensation claims and injury management processes,
- Develop and monitor return to work plans,
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures manuals, ensuring all changes are communicated to employees.
