**The role**
If you have strong administration skills and an interest in Accounts Payable, then we’d love to hear from you.

Reporting to an experienced, inclusive and supportive Accounts Payable Manager, you will be an important member of a high performing Accounts Payable team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coding, verifying and data entry of invoices into the Accounts Payable ledger.
- Checking allocations are correct with GL codes and managing exceptions.
- Coordinating the day-to-day processing of invoices for payment.
- Manage exceptions and queries with suppliers.
- Processing employee expense reimbursements.
- Administering travel & entertainment expenses.
- Reviewing invoices and employee expense reimbursements for compliance with policies and procedures.
- Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.
- Compiling various reports for both internal and external purposes.

- Excellent numeracy skills.
- You are a confident communicator, with the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Can work effectively as part of a team, or independently.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Customer centric and flexible approach.
