**Maternity Leave Cover - Fixed Term Contract**
I-TeleRAD, I-MED's teleradiology reporting service has been established exclusively for the purpose of providing teleradiology reporting services to both private and public medical facilities across Australia It is one of the largest and most sophisticated teleradiology reporting services operating in Australia.
In this full-time permanent position, you will report directly to the Business Service Manager. Based in our head office in Mount Waverley, you will be responsible for providing high quality customer service support to manage corporate customer services within I-TeleRAD. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to building patient and referrer satisfaction & loyalty.

**You will**:

- Manage clinic bookings and appointments for corporate stakeholders
- Ensure patient and referrer details are accurate and up to date
- Support and participate in the development of new ideas and business opportunities to improve provision of services

**You have**:

- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Previous experience working in a medical environment is desirable, but not essential
- Experience in a high volume bookings enviroment
- Proven ability and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated high level skills in the use of computers and systems
- Strong attention to detail
