About the Role
This is a full-time, office-based role managing the scheduling of works for Locksmiths. This role will also involve tasks such as ordering of parts, filing, data entry and handling customer enquiries.
Tasks and Responsibilties
- Book and send jobs and requests to Locksmiths
- Manage schedules and bookings
- Keep customers informed throughout the process
- Manage all office admin tasks
- Use SIMPRO daily to manage jobs, tasks, and documentation
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years in scheduling, admin, or coordination (construction ideal)
* Strong communication skills (phone, email, customer-facing)
* Experience with the following programs but not all; MS Excel, SIMPRO and Google Suite
* Familiarity with scheduling, estimating, booking of job requests and data entry.
* High attention to detail
