As an IT Systems Administrator (Siebel), in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area, you will lead one or more work teams and be accountable for managing staff performance and the allocation of resources. You'll plan, coordinate and deliver detailed, complex, technical, or sensitive projects that impact strategic or operational outcomes. Managing key business partner relationships, you'll collaborate to resolve issues and deliver quality outcomes.
You will produce high-level policy advice and engage in complex problem solving and issues management. You'll build team capability through coaching, training, and providing feedback. You'll model and encourage others to adopt an agile approach while also advocating a culture of continuous improvement.
