Role Overview: As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and acting as the primary liaison between clients and the kitchen. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain a high level of professionalism under pressure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and providing information on our products and services.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Managing general correspondence with clients and suppliers.
  • Sorting and responding to emails promptly.
  • Preparing quotes and orders for client functions and events.
  • Accurately processing customer orders through our online system, ensuring correctness and confirmation with clients.
  • Assisting in organizing and preparing for functions, including running sheets, site access, delivery logistics, and staff coordination.
  • Collaborating with management to achieve goals and uphold the company's reputation.
  • Collaborating with the team on promotional and marketing material.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer support and administration.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, managing high call volumes and client requests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Word & Excel with strong computer skills.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of organizational principles, planning, records management, and general administration.
  • High level of attention to detail.
