Office Administrator – Supportive, Organised & People-Focused
We're looking for a driven and organised Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Evve Group, based at our Mount Waverly office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive by nature, and takes pride in being the glue that holds the team together behind the scenes.
You'll play a vital part in supporting our team and ensuring our internal systems, accounting, HR processes, and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You'll also help champion our culture ensuring every team member feels supported and every client feels valued.
Beyond internal operations, this role has exposure to the client journey from first impressions through to post-project follow-up helping us deliver an exceptional experience that reflects who we are as a business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, staff equipment, uniforms, and external vendor communication.
- Manage HR administration onboarding, maintaining employee records, scheduling reviews, and supporting the leadership team with HR follow-ups.
- Maintain and improve internal systems, access control, and process documentation to support a scalable, efficient back-end.
- Support client-facing processes including nurturing initial enquiries and supporting the client journey from onboarding through to project completion.
- Organise internal training sessions, track milestones, and coordinate team events to foster a connected, high-performing culture.
- Ability to data process for accounting purposes assisting the Accounts Payable team and subcontractor communication.

- Have experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role (construction industry knowledge is a bonus)
