Immediate Start - About this role

Join Rich Harvest Digital as a Google Ads Specialist (full time). You'll plan, build, and optimise high-performing Google Ads campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. You'll own strategy and execution end-to-end — market research, ad copy, conversion tracking, optimisation, and clear, actionable reporting — continually pushing the boundaries to improve results.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Develop tailored lead generation and e-commerce strategies across Search, PMax and Shopping.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and keyword research (including intent mapping & negatives).
  • Write engaging, on-brand ad copy that converts.
  • Set up conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4; ensure data quality.
  • Analyse performance, identify gaps, and execute data-driven optimisations to improve ROI.
  • Build clear monthly reports and action plans; communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Proactively test new ideas, creative angles, and bidding/segment strategies to unlock growth.

Experience and qualifications
Must-have
  • 3+ years managing Google Ads (agency experience highly regarded).
  • Proven results across lead generation and e-commerce industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads & Merchant Center.
  • Strong keyword strategy, audience planning, and budget management.
  • Conversion tracking implementation (GTM + GA4).
  • Copywriting skills for high-performing ads.
  • Analytical ability: turning complex data into clear actions that lift ROI.
  • Google Sheets (advanced) for analysis, automation and reporting.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Positive and can-do attitude.
Nice to have
  • Looker Studio reporting dashboards.
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance workflow and performance.
  • Experience with other digital channels (e.g. Meta Ads).
  • Experience with SEO.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) experience.
