Role Summary:
Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in the Australian Market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly CFDs, and a passion and experience for digital marketing.
What would be your responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design, manage, and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to promote the company's CFD products and services.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for marketing materials, including email newsletters, landing pages, advertisements, and blog posts that resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute online campaigns through multiple channels (PPC, SEO, social media, display advertising) to drive traffic and leads to the website and product offerings.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track campaign performance, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Brand Development: Help maintain and build the company's brand identity and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics and analytics to continually optimize strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operation, product, and design teams to ensure campaign objectives are met and customer journeys are seamless.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from clients and prospects to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.
- Compliance: Ensure that all marketing campaigns comply with relevant regulations in the financial services industry, including those related to CFD marketing.
What we require from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Native Chinese speaker a must.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a marketing or campaign management role, preferably within the local financial services or CFD industry.
- High familiarity with running campaigns on UAC for the AU market.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Thorough hands-on experience of digital marketing practices within Australia, with general understanding in China/Asia a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh marketing ideas.
- Knowledge of financial markets, particularly CFDs, is a significant advantage.
- General understanding of digital marketing practices in China/Asia.
