About the Role
We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to manage, optimise, and scale digital campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in generating qualified leads, improving conversion rates, and supporting the growth of our client portfolio.
This is a hands-on role requiring a strong mix of creativity, analytics, and technical expertise in paid media, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimise digital campaigns focused on lead generation across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Manage and enhance paid search and social media campaigns to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and website optimisation to increase organic traffic and lead capture.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Create and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and nurture sequences to convert prospects into qualified leads.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and marketing assets.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and emails to continuously improve performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Report regularly on KPIs, ROI, and lead generation metrics to internal stakeholders.
- Assist with client campaign strategy, providing recommendations for scaling and optimisation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead generation or performance marketing.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and lead funnel strategies.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media best practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven mindset with experience optimising campaigns for measurable ROI.
