A fantastic opportunity is currently available for a Growth & Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading marketing team that has a core objective of both maximising on brand principles and growing customer audiences across both schools (B2B) and parents (B2C).

Having been operating within the Australian market for the last 35 years + this organisation takes great pride in developing and maintaining a high level of fun, educational programs for children that attend both before and after school clubs. A brand that has a trusted, highly regarded name, that over the years now operates in more than 500 schools across Australia.
**The Role**:
The core purpose of this role is to focus on customer growth through acquisition and digital strategies that grow the brand’s awareness, visibility, and advocacy. Digital marketing channels are the key vehicles for the future of the brands growth, this role will be required to use data to analyse the customer funnel and implement digital strategies and systems to acquire and convert more customers. This role will work with internal teams (IT, Service Delivery, Sales) and will report into the Marketing Director.
This individual will look for opportunities for customer growth and will be responsible for developing, planning and analysing digital marketing strategies across digital platforms including website, social media channels, digital
marketing media and ad channels including SEO and SEM, for both B2B and B2C customer acquisition. With experience in lead generation, nurturing and conversion optimisation and in implementing and / or working with current
marketing technology, this role has a considerable opportunity to add value to this well loved brand.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to define the long term CA’s digital marketing strategy and execute against it.
- Responsible for all areas of growth marketing including SEO, website, paid media, organic, automation, conversion, optimisation, campaigns and content. Supported by the marketing and communications team, and the content and social media specialist, for content creation.
- Owns lead generation campaigns and communications to drive greater volume of prospects (both B2B and B2C) and deliver the new brand narrative through a multi channel approach.
- Owns the social media strategy with key objectives of building brand, community, industry leadership and driving sales.
- Utilise data as an asset and ensure customer personas and behaviours are driving any change in strategy or approach.
- Work closely with the marketing, IT and Service Delivery teams, to ensure a consistent and coherent customer journey - from acquisition, to onboarding, to in life.
- Analyse the customer funnel and review systems and processes to look for ways the business can achieve better attraction and conversion outcomes.
- Monitor and review social media performance to optimise strategy ongoing.
- Review and support implementation of new marketing automation platform (i.e. Hubspot) in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team and the IT team. Project scope to include evolution and optimisation of smart-lists, audience segmentation, journey flows/infrastructure to ensure a personalised, timely and relevant user experience.
- Regular and clear reporting on digital acquisition channels, conversion, cost and budget recommendations and make urgent recommendations on insights or anomalies to both internal and external suppliers.
- Oversee the digital marketing and content budget.
- Monitor and optimise return on investment and acquisition outcomes.
**About you**
- Must have implemented a new (or have extensive experience using) digital software solution to drive growth in an organisation
- Must have 5+ years experience in digital marketing roles
- Specialist experience in SEO, PPC, Facebook Ads (and other social platforms) and Content Marketing Systems
- Managed a number of projects simultaneously from conception to implementation
- Existing knowledge of service based business models would be desirable
- Have a drive for continuous improvement but be able to stand back and look for big win opportunities
- Extensive knowledge of key customer drivers in a needs based category
- Understand how technology can disrupt a service based business and look for solutions to ensure best possible acquisition of new customers
