**The Role**:
As a PPC Media Specialist, you are an integral part of 3PM’s growth, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital marketing strategies and processes.

Your role encompasses PPC strategy development, executing campaigns, performance analysis, and the optimisation of Google Ads activity, ensuring maximum return on investment and achieving both client and internal KPIs across paid activities.

By staying at the forefront of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**PPC Media Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive PPC media strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide PPC strategy and forecasts for prospects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign goals, messaging, and content strategies.

**Google Ads Activity Management**:

- Manage and execute Google campaigns, including paid search, GDN, Pmax, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Strategise, execute and optimise Google ads activities for Tier 1 clients.
- Setup and management of new client accounts during their first 90 days.

**Campaign Analysis and Optimisation**:

- Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Perform in-depth keyword research to guide campaign optimisation and targeting.
- Conduct top-level analysis of campaign performances and website metrics.
- Utilise insights from analysis to develop strategic plans and reports for enhancing campaign performance.
- Proactively seek new opportunities to improve client results, aligning with their goals.
- Generate reports to communicate performance results and recommendations to clients.

**Learning and Development**:
Ensure you comply with industry standards and best practices by regularly updating and embedding these principles into your campaign strategy and operational processes.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads
- Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of over 10 campaigns
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Looker Studio
- Strong initiative, self-starter attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent data analysis skills with a focus on making data-driven decisions
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads certification, are a plus.
- Prior experience working in an agency setting is advantageous.
