We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a keen interest in travel to join our dynamic team. The applicant will work across our brand to promote our travel package services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for crafting targeted digital marketing strategies within the B2B and B2C space. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and showcasing our offerings through digital lead campaigns. You will work with the marketing team to implement and manage strategies across multiple digital channels, including social media, advertising platforms, eDM, content creation, and website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Digital execution/ strategy

  • Manage the setup, optimization, and performance of PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads
  • Build and maintain relationships with digital channel partners eg: Google, Facebook
  • Allocate & monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI based on performance metrics.
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
  • Analyse analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and improve future tactics.
  • Produce reports for management on the performance of campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the consistent presence of the company on social media, aligning with our branding and marketing goals.

Other Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Install & manage online tools such as: Google Business, Google Analytics, Heatmap, Google analytics, Zendesk,... to support the team's marketing activities.
  • Implement creative and cost-effective alternative digital marketing campaigns to broaden our digital footprint and enhance user engagement.
  • Involve onsite events as per requirements.

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 02 years of experience in advertising on Google ads, Facebook ads, high spent campaigns.
  • Having the ability to spend a large budget is an advantage.
  • A proven track record of implementing marketing activations, including a mix of marketing tools and techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting in PR, advertising, promotional copy, and product marketing copy.
  • Create and grasp new digital trends in the market.
  • Positive working attitude, respect and compliance with rules.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Flexible and ready spirit for new challenges.
