We're seeking a hands-on digital marketer to drive our performance marketing efforts and lead generation initiatives. The role

Are you a skilled digital marketing with a knack for crafting high-impact campaigns that deliver results? Oolio is on the hunt for a talented digital marketer to take the reins of our performance marketing channels and supercharge our lead generation efforts.

In this role, you'll be leading the full lifecycle of our advertising and paid lead generation campaigns, from crafting plans, executing campaigns and handling analysis and reporting. Your expertise in PPC, paid search and paid social media will be crucial as you work to maximise lead generation and drive as many qualified leads to our website as possible.

Key responsibilities

Paid ads and lead generation campaigns

- Collaborate with Oolio’s Growth Marketing Lead to plan our paid lead generation strategy, then execute and optimise multi-platform ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google (Search & Display).
- Partner with Marketing and our designer to develop compelling ad creatives (copy, images and video) tailored for different audience segments and brands.
- Monitor performance, budgets and bids to maximise ROI, using audience targeting and retargeting techniques.
- Build and refine high-converting ad funnels to nurture leads through the sales journey.
- Research and trial innovative lead generation channels, including AI-powered solutions.
- Audit and refine Google Analytics and paid ad platform setup to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews, tracking ad spend and identifying key trends.
- Analyse data to refine plans and ensure continuous A/B testing and iterative improvements.
- Optimise landing pages, ad creatives and audience segmentation for maximum impact.
- Design, implement, and test automated email flows using HubSpot
- Develop high-performing email campaigns aligned with business goals and customer engagement strategies

What we’re looking for.

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Extensive experience with A/B testing to refine ad copy, bid strategies, and user experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns while optimising performance and budgets.
- Creative thinker who can balance brand storytelling with performance marketing.
- A solid track record in creating and running lead generation campaigns, with experience collaborating with various teams to make it happen.

HubSpot experience is highly desirable, but we're open to candidates with experience in similar CRM systems.
