Just Digital People are recruiting for a boutique digital agency based in the inner south eastern suburbs, as they look to add a new
**Google Ads (PPC) Specialist** to the team.
This eclectic agency of circa 25 headcount offer all Account Management, Content, Design, and Product services internally - allowing them to best service their portfolio of retained clients.
To help build the internal culture they operate in the office together 3 days per week, allowing you 2 days WFH when you need to knuckle down and get sh*it done.
On top of monthly social events, the business Directors also host regular professional development sessions to aid you in your career growth.
**What you'll do**:
- Optimise campaigns across multiple channels including PPC, Display, Shopping, and Youtube.
- Ensure all campaigns are being delivered on time and achieving agreed KPIs.
- Identify and communicate new channel and optimisation opportunities to clients.
- Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all paid marketing campaigns.
- Use report statistics to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns.
**What you'll need**:
- 1-2 years of Google Ads experience (in Aus based digital agency).
- A thorough understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, & Google Tag Manager
- Working knowledge of Merchant Centre, and how to optimise shopping feeds.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management.
- A data-driven approach to Ad analysis.
