**About You**
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and detail-orientated superstar who has experience in marketing and is eager to learn. This role will suit someone who is jumpstarting their career, looking to come back into the field after a hiatus, or looking for a new opportunity in the world of marketing. You are a hands-on player who is proactive and always thinking outside of the box. Passion and love for Mexican food is a must

**About the Role**
The Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in the day-to-day running of the business and will need a keen eye on future growth. Reporting to the CEO this role will own the Marketing aspect of all digital and traditional media for the franchise.

**Day-to-Day Activities**
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimise results and meet objectives
- Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more
- Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, such as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and influencer partnerships
- Develop social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and more
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences
- Background in an integrated marketing role with heavy emphasis on both traditional and new media practices
- Experience in marketing on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Significant knowledge of digital and traditional media landscape required, as well as good working knowledge of branding and PR
- Proactive and creative thinker
- Strong project management skills
- Intermediate computer skills i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM software
