We are now seeking a driven and customer-focused Territory Manager to join our high-performing field sales team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to drive sales and distribution across a defined territory, strengthen customer relationships, and bring our portfolio to life at shelf. You'll be working directly with key retail partners to deliver commercial outcomes while supporting brand growth in market.

The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined retail territory and driving sales performance through strong in-store execution. Your focus will be on maximising product availability, improving brand visibility, and building meaningful customer relationships. You will execute promotional campaigns, track results, and leverage data insights to identify new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise distribution, visibility, and shelf positioning of our portfolio in-store
  • Execute new product launches and promotional activities according to plan
  • Build and maintain relationships with key store managers and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular territory planning and store call cycles using Salesforce
  • Identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities using data and insights
  • Maintain compliance with national planograms and merchandising standards
  • Monitor competitor activity and share insights with internal teams
  • Ensure all store visit information and sales data is accurately captured
  • Manage promotional budgets and expense reporting in line with company policy

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Territory Manager with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent in-store execution.

  • Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or account management (FMCG preferred)
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and influence outcomes
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with an eye for identifying sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
  • Team player with a positive, solutions-focused approach
  • Current driver's licence
