About the role

Paragon Care Group Australia is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Infusion team in New South Wales North. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW 2000. As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our Infusion business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Cultivating and managing a portfolio of healthcare accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities
  • Identifying new business opportunities and proactively pitching Paragon Care's Infusion solutions to potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Providing excellent customer service and technical support to existing clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong technical understanding of infusion products and solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications in a related field
