Your Impact

As a Territory Manager, you will:

  • Build strong relationships primarily with pharmacists and as needed, general practitioners across your territory.
  • Promote Bay Pharma's therapeutic vaping products with professionalism, credibility, and scientific insight.
  • Drive product education to ensure healthcare professionals understand how to safely and effectively support patients using our products.
  • Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to advocate for therapeutic vaping and influence clinical best practices.
  • Keep Bay Pharma top of mind by ensuring consistent brand visibility and presence at key healthcare touchpoints.
  • Gather field insights and contribute feedback to shape our marketing and product strategies.
  • Work independently with full ownership of your territory and support from a collaborative, mission-driven team.
  • Work directly with new and potential pharmacies to deliver sales targets
  • Develop and adhere to a customer call plan based on strategic targeting of relevant customers
  • Log notes and contact details (into a CRM where applicable) related to all calls
  • Attend trainings, trade shows, and conferences where required

About You

  • 3+ years in pharmaceutical, pharmacy or healthcare sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to educate, influence, and build lasting partnerships
  • Passion for innovation and supporting evidence-based patient care
  • Comfortable working with pharmacists and GPs, ideally with existing relationships
  • Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel across the Queensland territory
  • Qualifications in Health, Science
