About the role

Stag Electrical Solar and Refrigeration Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic national team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our highly skilled sales representatives. What you'll be doing

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email or other communication channels to discuss our products and services
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to ensure a successful sales appointment
  • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and appointment details
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy and assist with special projects as needed

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar appointment-setting or lead generation role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask efficiently
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools
  • A driven and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of the electrical, solar or refrigeration industry is preferred but not essential
