Your Role:

As an Outbound B2B Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for businesses, identifying opportunities and setting up high-quality appointments for our Business Development Team.

Engage with decision-makers to introduce Nexgen's solutions.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Manage your pipeline and update our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).

Work towards achievable targets with full support from your team.

Who We're Looking For:

Previous call centre & sales experience – Ideally in B2B cold calling or outbound sales.

Confident communicator – You know how to engage and build rapport over the phone.

Resilient & results-driven – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love smashing targets.

Passionate about sales – You're motivated by commissions and career growth.
