Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative / Appointment Setter to help drive qualified meetings for our clients. You'll research industries, identify the right decision-makers, and engage them via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads across assigned industries using provided ICP criteria.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and book meetings.
- Maintain accurate data in HubSpot and Apollo.
- Research industries and accounts to tailor outreach and build relevant conversations.
- Support campaign reporting and continuously improve message performance.
KPIs
- 100 human contacts per week (via phone, email, or LinkedIn).
- Minimum 2 qualified meetings secured per week (2% success rate).
Requirements
- 1–2 years in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
