Hatch is supporting hipages to find a great Appointment Setter/ Lead Generator to join their Sales and Customer Success team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like hipages.

**About the role at hipages**

The purpose of this role is to support tradies to build and expand their businesses and make them available to users. The commission is uncapped, as we want to see you succeed

You will be responsible for:

- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly appointment KPI’s and sales targets
- Comfortable with cold calling and Business Development conversions to introduce our product and services to SME customers across varying categories and geographic regions
- Making a high volume of outbound calls, predominantly prospecting to introduce our product and services in order to make qualified appointments
- Explaining the key benefits of hipages with potential clients in high demand areas
- Handling customers objections.

**Entry Level** - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Outbound Prospecting - Generate new sales opportunities and move them through the funnel by drafting outreach messages and sequences, and identifying the needs of customers
- Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities
