We help everyday Australians build wealth through smarter buying — building their strategy, sourcing the right deals, executing on our award-winning due diligence process, and delivering it all on a silver platter.
We're scaling fast and need an Appointment Setter to join our close-knit, high-performance team. You'll be the first voice our clients hear — qualifying inbound leads and booking them into strategy sessions with our senior team.
The RoleYou'll own the critical first stage of our sales process:
- Respond rapidly to new inbound leads from ads, socials, and referrals.
- Call, SMS, and email prospects to build rapport and qualify them against our criteria.
- Book strategy sessions directly into calendars for our Sales Closer and Director.
- Keep CRM updated with lead notes, progress, and next steps.
- Consistently follow up with leads who haven't booked yet — persistence is key.
- Ensure quality: only pass through leads who are serious about investing.
- Energetic, persistent, and motivated — you thrive on hitting KPIs.
- Confident on the phone, able to build trust fast.
- Sales-driven: you care about the quality of appointments, not just the quantity.
- Organised and disciplined with follow-up — nothing slips through the cracks.
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call-centre roles is a plus (but not essential if you're hungry and coachable).
- Base salary $60k + uncapped commissions tied to sales (OTE $120k–$150k).
- Clear, fair commission structure: % of each closed deal, paid monthly (with clawback if a client doesn't proceed).
- Full training and scripts provided.
- Flexible working arrangements — remote-friendly (must be available during AEST business hours)
